Good Morning! Today is a special special day for us. TODAY is my daughter, Haley’s 6th Birthday! I did not know what life really was until she was born. She really has made everything so much brighter and worth it. She even lost her 3rd tooth last night, so the tooth fairy could come see her for her birthday! Smh
In other positive news, today’s weigh in this morning at 7 AM : 186.6 lbs! That is a 2.2 lbs loss from yesterday’s weigh in!!!
I have downloaded and started using MyFitnessPal to keep track of my calories/macros/etc. I find this helpful when I am trying to piece together meals and where I can eat out with the family.
No breakfast this morning for me, I am trying to fast until lunch if possible, at least once a week to 2 times a week. I have never been a big breakfast person, so my ability to achieve this is fairly easy. Don’t get me wrong, I get my hangry moments from time to time. I make sure I eat a filling dinner and attempt not to eat past 8pm. Having kids can make that a little difficult, as well as my line of work with overtime, contracts, etc.
I’d love to hear you all’s fasting experiences. What made it easier/manageable… and what made it hard?
